Take bus line 73 or 78 from Füssen train station at 8:05 AM to Hohenschwangau. Your guide will meet you at the bus stop and accompany you on foot to the castle, sharing local insights and showing optimal routes.
Where possible, the bus will take you to Mary’s Bridge, which offers elevated views of the castle (subject to bus operation and bridge opening). Your guide will share stories about King Ludwig II of Bavaria, the castle, and surrounding area.
The Neuschwanstein Castle tour lasts approximately 35 minutes using an official audio guide provided in multiple languages. Your guide escorts you to the castle entrance and assists with ticket access before the self-guided audio tour begins.
